Despite the fact it was a blazing day, Yomi left her home to go to Mato’s special spot. She stood under the tree and then made a loud whistle. She pressed her two fingers near her lips and blew.
*whistles* Thinking to herself, she wondered what Doku-sama is up to today.
The shrill sharpness of this whistle had caused Doku’s ears to prick upwards, lifting his head from his paws with a small yawn, he peered through blurry eyes out of the shade of his den and into the sun-lit streets.
With a few stretches, he soon found himself leaping out into the lower streets, wondering where on earth such a sound came from. Eyes scanning the area, he soon came across the familiar sheen of curled hair. Releasing a laugh of a realization, he bounded over towards the green-eyed girl, barking, “Hoy!”
“Hoy!”
The barking caught Yomi’s attention and so, she started looking around, from under the tree, scanning Mato’s special spot left and right. She then looked to her left to see Doku halfway down the stairs.
“Oh, hi Doku-sama!” She said, then smiled and waved a hello in his direction. “How are you today?”
